My company has a Bill Pay service which, as I understand was tested successfully with Safari 5.0. The vendor who supplies it says that they support Safari 5.0, but we have a user with the latest version of Safari who cannot use the service.
He refuses to try Firefox or Chrome as alternatives to Safari. He asked one of our staff if it was possible to download an older version of Safari, the one that is supposed to work correctly. I have no idea where he would look for that, or why Safari was updated, so going back to the previous version could open him to security risks. Any suggestions? Thanks, Bill.
