It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available. Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
Follow this sequence to reach Device Manager. Click on Start Menu / Right-click on Computer / Click on Manage. Click on Device Manager on the left column, and then double click on Network adapters. You should see 2 adapters, double-click on your wireless adapter to enter property.
Go to Advanced tab, select Radio Power and make sure it's set to Enabled. Try your wireless connectivity again.
If it's already enabled, just disble and enable. Rakesh John i have only one adapter, its Realtek PCIe Family Controller, and in the advanced tab, there is no Radio Power.
